Important Update for REVEL 2 Ink Users

We’ve upgraded our REVEL 2 DTF inks to a new and improved formula. All DTF ink orders shipped on or after December 17 will include this new ink version.

To ensure the best printing results, please follow the steps below before using the new ink.

Step 1: Fully Flush Out Old Ink

Before switching to the new REVEL 2 ink, you must completely flush out the old ink from your printer’s lines and tanks.

This prevents mixing formulas and ensures consistent print quality.

If you need guidance, contact our support team for assistance.

Step 2: Update VividRIP to Version 25.85

For best performance with the new ink, please update your VividRIP software to Chroma Version 25.85.

How to Update

VividRIP will automatically prompt you to update when a new version is available. If you do not see the popup:

Open VividRIP
Go to Help → Check for Updates
Install Version 25.85
Restart the software

This version has been thoroughly tested to deliver the most accurate color output and smoothest print performance with the new ink formula.

All orders shipped after 12/17 include the updated REVEL 2 ink.
The new ink requires a full flush and VividRIP Version 25.85.
The software will ask you to update automatically. If this does not happen, please contact our support team.

Heavy Coverage (larger or denser designs): For larger or more saturated designs, the yield will be lower, averaging 200-400 shirts per liter of ink.

Light Coverage (small or low-ink designs): If your designs are minimal or lightly printed, you could potentially reach 600-800 shirts per liter of ink.
