Ricoma provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty on the Luminaris 200 printer for U.S. customers, covering all non-consumable parts and technical labor. You’re protected against any defects in materials or workmanship, ensuring peace of mind. Toner cartridges come with a 30-day warranty. For the first 90 days, Ricoma takes care of all onsite service costs, including parts, labor, and travel. After that, the warranty covers parts and repairs, with shipping costs as your only responsibility.

This printer can do alot. Took me a minute to figure everything out. The directions that came with it were a little confusing, but support helped me get it going. Watched some of Ricomas videos too and those helped a ton. The price is not too bad, honestly worth every penny now that Im using it the right way.
