Non-defective items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery and will incur a 25% restocking fee. Please remember shipping charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or defective. All sales on embroidery machines, printers, and DTF gang sheets are final, and refunds are not available for any reason, including deposits.
