Warranty Information

The warranty provides coverage for all non-consumable parts for six months against manufacturer defects. However, it does not cover any damages caused by the consumer. On-site technical service is only covered if determined necessary by our team, which will be decided after all virtual troubleshooting efforts have been exhausted. Travel expenses for on-site technicians are covered for the first 90 days, labor is covered for six months, and shipping costs for replacement parts are covered for the first 90 days.

With our White Glove Machine Assembly Service, our technicians assemble the machine stand and securely mount the embroidery machine on the stand before it gets crated and leaves our facility so you do not have to handle the heavy lifting or setup yourself.
