When you add Ricoma Shipping Protection to your order, your package is covered in the event of loss or theft during transit. This protection applies to all packages shipped from Ricoma to the shipping address you provide at checkout.
When Does Coverage Begin and End?
Coverage begins once your order has been shipped and ends when the carrier marks the package as delivered.
Your protection ends when:
- Your package is successfully delivered to the address you entered at checkout.
- Your package does not arrive, you file a claim, and the claim is approved or denied.
- Your package arrives, you file a claim, and the claim is approved or denied.
Ricoma Shipping Protection covers lost or stolen packages during the shipping and delivery process.
