Perfect machine for me!

I sew fleece mittens and needed a machine to sew the cuffs on and this turned out to be the perfect machine.
I used to sew them on by hand which took me a long time, but this machine sews 4 layers of fleece with no problems. I have leaned how to control the speed because I don’t want to go fast but it will. I’m sure this will pay for itself in time. I got it assembled. Table is nice and sturdy. Videos are great, but If I have questions I will be calling their customer service.

Racoma is top notch, I have several machines and heat presses, now with this order I have purchased a sewing machine as we place leather patches on hats and clothing, works like a charm and if we get in trouble help is a phone call. away

Give it a chance

Bought this after inquiring what size bobbin this machine had. Was informed it was a big bobbin (M) so made the purchase. After UPS drug their feet we received it in 14 business days. Upon setting up we noticed it did not have the big bobbin. We contacted the seller, they apologized and offered to discount the machine for what would have been return freight and what we estimated was the cost of the correct big bobbin
assembly. After our machine tech (pretty sure he’s a wizard) set everything up it has been sewing edge binding on marine canvas and doing cover stitching on marine vinyls. It is patterned on the pfaff 145 with the exception of the lower cylinder arm
assembly. In the interim we have no complaints and we’ll most likely get our money back when we’re able to upgrade to the high end cylinder bed.
