It's a solid BEAST!

This is my second machine from you guys and you never fail to impress. My other order was the KS-335a cylinder arm. This KS-0303 is flawless. Very easy to put together, easy to operate, and performs just as I expected. The walking foot is a very welcomed addition to my upholstery shop. The machine is heavy and robust, and I fully expect it to be with my for years to come. Backed by a warranty, and Ricoma's legendary world class customer support, I don't expect any problems to effect my production. I'm already planning to purchase the post bed machine soon. I did purchase the shipping insurance, but I don't know why. These machines are packed so incredibly well, nothing could damage them, but you never know. I would recommend buying the insurance, it's cheap and eased my mind. I will recommend iKonix to anyone.

Not very good! It arrived with no directions for assembly or operation of the KS-0303

What I have been able to figure out has been great. The booklet is not any help.

Have not been able to use it as of yet. It was difficult to put together as there were no instructions provided. The corners where the machine sits needed to be cut because they didn’t fit. Good looking machine and seems to be well built.
