Every Ricoma embroidery machine includes free comprehensive training as part of our all-inclusive package. We’ll ensure you know what you’re doing before your training session is over. However, if you still want additional resources to keep handy, we’ll also provide you with how-to videos, manuals, and plenty of other educational materials to help you get started.

We test and prepare our embroidery machines at our Miami, Florida, facility. The entire process, including testing, crating, and delivery, typically takes about 3 to 4 weeks.
